If you do not accept the Agreement, you should leave the Website and stop using the Services immediately.

As the Website develops and grows we may make changes to the Agreement. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Website, therefore it is important that you return to this page and review this Agreement regularly.

A Global Online Business

Any agreement between us will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any communication will be in English.

We recognise that, even though the company is British, you may not be!  Due to the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from England or your country of residence.

If you wish to become a Member (which we hope you do!), communicate with other Members and make use of the Services, you must accept this Agreement when you register.

  • No sharing

We hope that, out of respect for the huge amount of work we have put into creating the Website, you would not do this. But to be sure – Members are not permitted to share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or entity. Excessive viewings or logins by any Member will be viewed by us as fraudulent use of the Website, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When becoming a Member please take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.

  • Free Trial

We require that you provide a valid credit or debit card (“Payment Source”) at the time you register for a free trial to ensure that you have continued access to your membership after the expiration of the free trial period (“Free Trial”). Your account will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired and provided that you have not cancelled your account during the Free Trial period. You may only use a Free Trial once. Suitcase Blues Ltd. reserves the right to terminate any account that is using or trying to use more than one Free Trial.

  • Billing

“Rolling” Memberships are billed monthly.

“6 Month” memberships are billed every 6 months.

“Yearly” Memberships are billed annually.

All memberships are renewed automatically until cancelled. You will receive a reminder email telling you that your membership is about to renew. Membership must be canceled prior to the renewal date in order to end membership charges.

  • Cancellation or Upgrade of a Membership

Members can cancel or upgrade their membership at any time by changing their membership settings in their account area of the Website. It is the responsibility of the Member to cancel or upgrade their membership. If a Member terminates their account before the expiration date of the membership a refund will not be made for the remainder of the membership period.

  • Termination of Membership

You agree that Suitcase Blues may at any time and for any reason terminate, restrict or suspend your access to Services on the Website, with or without prior notice, and without liability. If membership is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, the Member will not be reimbursed for the remainder of their membership period.

All payments on the Website go through Stripe, a secure online payment platform.  Once your payment has been processed, we will acknowledge that your membership is active by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account once you complete your registration. All memberships, with the exclusive of promotions and special offers,  include a 14 day free trial – no payment will be taken from your account until 14 days after your registration.

You’re halfway through and doing great! Keep going…

We have taken great care to evaluate the cost of our memberships and offer you value for money. We have compared the price of our service to other online dance schools, blues dance festivals, local classes and private lessons, and feel that we are offering a fair price.  Prices may change over time. All prices include taxes and VAT where appropriate so there won’t be any hidden costs when it comes to making your purchase.

We will offer promotions and offers throughout the year as we see fit. All promotions are subject to availability and valid for a temporary period, to be stated with each offer. We reserve the right to withdraw our offers without notice.

The content of all the classes and videos on the Website are for your personal use only.
